Elliott Dunwody

Elliott founded Bright Blue Sky Productions in 1995 as the firm’s technical director.
He has been a Beta Tester on Internationally developed programs and is frequently sought out for his – ahead of the curve – expertise and practical experience regarding High Definition issues and cutting edge, next generation trends in the industry.
When a client or team members says "what if"...
His job is to “make it so”.
He has produced all of the projects and shot all of the Aerials in “our gallery”. You can count on him to always be honest, direct and to get the job done. He is intensely passionate about his work with a keen eye, nerves of steel and a heart of gold.
He currently serves as one of the most accessible CEO’s you will find, while staying abreast of all that is new and innovative in the industry including new developments in aerial imaging, Elliott has served as the Georgia Camera Ready Liaison for Middle Georgia under The Georgia Film, Music & Digital Entertainment office since 2009.
He has worked as part of the Locations Department on many large major films, such as, “42", “Need for Speed”, "Dumb and Dumber, 2”, "Best of Enemies", "First Man" along with several Network Series. He also is a Scout for Middle and Southern Georgia and currently works every day to bring more films to the Middle Ga. area as a volunteer board member of the Macon Film Commission.
During his professional career, Elliott has been a paramedic and a Lear Jet Captain who has piloted hundreds of air ambulance & transplant flights. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and spent 25 years in law enforcement and has been honored on numerous occasions for meritorious service and his lifesaving efforts. In his final years in this field he acted as Media & Public Relations Officer.
